Digjam Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.The trading Window as per the SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, shall continue to remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons till 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2022.
